So in an effort to makethe week go by faster, we went up to Seattle yesterday. Rich's friend, Michelle, just finished law school last week so we went up to visit since we haven't seen her since the Super Bowl.
First we went to the aquarium. This time we got to see them feed the Harbor Seals and the Northern Fur Seal. It's so funny that the seals are furry because when they are wet their skin looks more like a dolphin's.
From there we met up with Michelle and walked through the Lake Union marina. There was a park nearby with fountains that Lizzie played in, which was nice because it was like 80 degrees and she was very hot.
The marina is also home to the Center for Wooden Boats so we got to check out some of the wooden sailboats. I thought this one was really pretty.
